"Had to change my review because of two occasions of employees making huge mistakes. It seems like all the new people have no idea what they are doing. If you're a veteran or a family of a veteran. Try to get USAA, they will be cheaper, and you'll get better coverage. To add to this, I had to make changes because I went from paying about $125 in April of 2022 to pay $308 in December of 2024! When I made the changes, I told the person not to change my glass coverage. Which they did."
